Hormones are a rather “dark” topic in modern medicine. It is believed that hormone levels can be regulated by certain drugs, and at best, by lifestyle changes and certain foods. But! What about the fact that we already have a huge number of reviews about improving hormonal levels on mewing? Let’s figure it out Let’s try to do it without slipping into a boring lecture
A little boring lecture

The level of hormones has a decisive effect on the work of the entire human body, since hormones are involved in all vital processes. The concentration of certain types of hormones determines both a person’s well-being and the general physical and mental state of his body .
The hormonal background is a set of hormones existing in the human body, the ratio and amount of which can change under the influence of factors of the external and internal environment (physical activity, lifestyle and human nutrition, stress, taking medications, ecology, climate, age-related changes, diseases).
Everything seems logical and familiar, right? But! At the same time, no one takes into account the structure of our skull and the location in it of the endocrine glands responsible for the production of hormones. But we will do it.
And a bit more of a boring lecture

Yes, it is necessary for us to go further, fully armed with the knowledge we need!
So, there are several glands – suppliers of hormones in the body, and you can see them in the picture above. The “underlying” thymus, adrenal glands, pancreas, as well as testes in men and ovaries in women are very important in the hormonal process. But nevertheless, the “higher” pituitary gland and thyroid gland are considered in this system as “steelers”, since our hormonal background depends on their work in the first place.
But the pituitary gland itself, located at the highest level, is, in fact, the “King in the head”, on the functioning of which a lot depends in our body. And we will figure everything out about this our “King”.
“Heart of a Dog”

In the story of my beloved Mikhail Bulgakov “Heart of a Dog”, a famous processor performs an operation to transplant the pituitary gland from a person to a dog in order to find out its effect on rejuvenation. As a result, he comes to the conclusion that the pituitary gland is responsible for the human appearance and his personal qualities. It seems that the genius was not far from the truth…
The fact is that the pituitary gland, a rounded appendage located on the lower surface of the brain in a bone pocket called the Turkish saddle (which we will talk about in connection with mewing below), produces hormones that affect growth, metabolism, and reproductive function. And it is the central organ of our endocrine system!

Not only is the pituitary gland the main regulator of the biosynthesis and secretion of thyroid hormones, it also stimulates the adrenal cortex, and also promotes the maturation of follicles in the ovaries in women and the production of estrogen, which is responsible for sexual desire, the development of the uterus and mammary glands, as well as the growth of long tubular bones.
The pituitary gland also regulates the production of testosterone (via luteinizing and follicle-stimulating hormones), which is associated with the sex hormone and plays an important role in sperm production, as well as bone and muscle development. A man’s testosterone levels can significantly affect male mood. In the female body, testosterone is responsible for the distribution of adipose tissue, regulates libido and sexual health, and is also responsible for the maturation of the follicle during ovulation.

But also this “King in the head” produces dopamine – a hormone that creates a strong sense of anticipation of getting a result, giving motivation to achieve it. It creates the ability to learn from one’s own mistakes and is also important in developing feelings of love. Interestingly, many drugs increase dopamine production in the brain by 5-10 times. And we can achieve this in a natural way (but more on that below).
Also, the pituitary gland is responsible for the production of a peptide – a hormone that regulates all physiological processes in the body. Oxytocin is a hormone that is also produced by the pituitary gland, stimulates lactation and uterine contractions, plays an important role in sexual arousal, increases in the blood lymph during orgasm in both men and women. Research has proven the link between oxytocin in human relationships, increasing confidence and reducing fear. An increase in the level of this hormone produced by the pituitary gland induces a feeling of satisfaction, a decrease in anxiety and a sense of calmness around the partner.
But how does Mewing affect this “King in the Head”? This is where we will figure it out further.
“King in the head” on the Turkish saddle

The thing is that the pituitary gland (hypophysis – process) is located at the base of the brain in the pituitary fossa of the Turkish saddle of the sphenoid bone of the skull. Let’s look at this “King” and the Turkish saddle supporting him in the “heart of our brain” like this:

The thing is that this gland, which is most important for the functioning of our body and “hormonal happiness”, is located on the sphenoid bone:

And this is the bone with which we work indirectly on mewing! (and purposefully using interoral face pullung techniques!) That is, a more harmonious change in its position in 3D (its spatial position) will contribute to the decompression of the structure of the pituitary gland, adjacent capillaries, vessels, arteries and veins, and directly affect our entire hormonal system! And this is that amazing biomechanics that many doctors don’t even know about!
By the way! This improves the blood supply to the pituitary gland. And it is carried out from the upper and lower pituitary arteries, which are branches of the internal carotid artery. In this case, venous outflow occurs in the cavernous and intercavernous sinuses of the dura mater. Imagine how the decompression of the pituitary gland and the system of vessels and capillaries communicating with it begins to work differently, promptly releasing the necessary hormones into the blood! ❤️ And this is also the result of spatial harmonization of the position of the facial and cranial bones!

We already have a huge number of reviews about increasing libido on mewing both men and women, improving mood, increasing positive male aggression in guys and normalizing the female cycle in women I hope our modest observations will help you to improve your hormonal background and improve the quality of your life! Do mewing – and get to know yourself anew!
