This is a hot topic for many people. So let’s look into it in detail! Many of you remember this illustration from John Mew’s book “The Cause and Cure of Malocclusion” with the Beauty with horizontally developed maxillae and an upturned nose and the “Face of Evil” with a vertically developed face and, accordingly, the nose lowered down. Therefore, of course, the shape of our nose depends on the position of the central bones of our face maxillae!

For example, this is one of the most amazing transformations I’ve ever seen. Vladimir is 19 y.o. As his facial structure moved forward and upward, so did the shape of his nose too! Here you can see the changes in 9.5 months of mewing only!

Such changes are easily explained. The structure of our nose is as follows – it is the nasal bone (btw, it is two halves bone) and cartilaginous tissue (it is very plastic). And the position of the nasal bones directly depends on the position of our maxillae!

Following the position of the maxillae, one half of the nose can be higher (Roll), the nose can be twisted to the side (Yaw), or actually lowered down (Ritch plane)⚡️

Let’s move on to examples. Because by fixing the position of the maxillae, you can also fix the shape of your nose!

In the case of Geronimo, there was mainly Roll (it happens with such a cranial distortion as SBR – side-bending rotation), i.e. one half of the nose is higher. Here you see the result of the guy of mewing + interoral face pulling in 1.2 years!

Rauvf had distortion more in his Yaw plane. Therefore, the septum of his nose, roughly speaking, was twisted sideways. In 5 years of on and off interoral face pulling (with breaks because the guy was busy at his work) he almost straightened his nose!

This is another interesting case. With a lateral strain, the nasal septum is almost always shifted (twisting of the maxillae in the Yaw plane). Maria managed to fix this in just 1.5 months of mewing + interoral face pulling! That’s what she messaged me!

I see a huge difference in my lower jaw from the angle below and even my nostrils look different. I also see a difference in the distance of my nose and lips!; 20:54

Many of you know Gracie well. Together with the bones of her face, the girl raised her nose (Pitch plane) in just 3 weeks of interoral face pulling techniques. And at the same time, her hump at the bridge is disappearing!

When you work with the bones of your face, then its structure returns to the standard it should be by nature At the same time, returning to its standard, the nose can lengthen. Tadeo is such an unique case! His elongated nose (1 year of mewing + interoral face pulling) really looks much more harmonious on his face than before!

You can even work with nose injuries! I’m telling you my case. At the age of 16, my friend and I were skateboarding, I wanted to be cool and moved out in the transition to the central market at a slope of 50 degrees :))))) As a result, I drove my nose a couple of meters After that, I lived with a barely noticeable hump on one side of my nose (although I really liked it!) When I started working with interoral face pulling, the area of the injury really hurt, and so much that I was even scared. But the pain went away after a couple of days and never returned. Outwardly, all this was imperceptible, but it definitely became easier for me to breathe through my nose, as if space “punched through” there, and this was unusual.

It’s important to remember that a straight nose is not only aesthetics and beauty, but also health. I wish you both! ☀️
