This list of world-class doctors in the field of TMD treatment was the result of my searches for almost three years. I didn’t set myself such a goal – this information “came” simply as a result of my interest in this topic, and was taken not just from search engines, but received as a result of reading articles, communicating with various specialists, their recommendations and “accidentally spying” their communication in TMJ groups on Facebook. I learned about some of them almost by accident. At the same time, it is paradoxical that there is almost nothing on Google about many of these outstanding doctors – being real maestros in their field, they don’t  advertise themselves in any way.

All these specialists are called craniodonts and are conventionally combined in this list, since they work with different intraoral devices and methods, nevertheless, aimed at a holistic approach to the body. They all treat TMD with varying degrees of success, but they are arguably the best in their region. Some of these doctors are originally a maxillofacial surgeon, someone is a posturologist, someone is an orthodontist, but they are all connected by a real passion for their work.

Moreover, the best of these doctors began to do their own thing due to the fact that they themselves suffered from TMD for many years, or continued the family tradition, and someone began to take an interest in this topic after, being an orthodontist in his youth, he removed crowded teeth for his child, and, having caused significant harm to his health on the braces, he began to look for ways out of this terrible situation. Therefore, these doctors don’t engage in this area, rare for medicine, simply because of money, they really live by their work. Perhaps that is why they are so virtuoso in what they do. Regardless of where they live, they are amazing personalities, each with their own character and unique history, and therefore, I hope that over time I will be able to make a series of materials about some of these outstanding doctors and present them to you. This information can be useful to those people who are now looking for a competent specialist in their country.
